These terms govern your esangdan member account and use of this storefront, operated by 이상단주식회사 (esangdan). Contact us through [Help & Support](/en/support).

Current service

You can browse Korean products, save favorites, manage a shopping cart and contact support. This MVP does not accept payments or create binding purchase orders. Prices shown are Korean-store listing prices and exclude international shipping, service fees and duties. Availability checks do not reserve stock.

Separate purchase, payment, delivery, cancellation and returns terms will be presented before a paid ordering service becomes available. Adding an item to your cart or requesting a stock check is not a purchase.

Your account

Provide an email address you control and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Email accounts require verification. Google sign-in uses the identity provided by Google. An email already registered to another account cannot be used to create a duplicate account; sign in using the existing method.

You must have the legal capacity required to accept these terms in your place of residence. Do not impersonate others, misuse another person's information or share an account for abusive purposes.

Saved items and support

Saved items and inquiries belong to your account. Support messages and attachments must be relevant to your inquiry and must not contain unlawful content or third-party information you are not authorized to provide. Do not upload payment-card details or identity documents.

Support replies are informational unless we explicitly confirm an agreed service. Estimated availability or product information may change at the original store.

Acceptable use and content

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, send spam or bypass access controls. Product names, images and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners. Viewing them does not transfer intellectual-property rights.

Account restrictions and closure

We may restrict use where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or material breaches. Contact support to request account closure or to question a restriction. Necessary records may be retained where required by law or to resolve a dispute, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Service changes and responsibility

We may update or suspend MVP features. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits responsibility where applicable law does not permit it.

Updates and questions
