What is included in the item price?
The displayed item price covers the selected product option only. International and domestic shipping, service fees and import charges are not included. International shipping is paid separately after your items arrive at our Korean warehouse and are packed. Checkout provides an estimated shipping range for supported items and destinations. We email your final quote and show it in My account → Shipping requests. Review it and pay in USD before dispatch; no automatic extra charge is made. Dispatch service is 5% of the converted transport cost, with a USD 2 minimum, and is included in the displayed shipping total.
How does delivery work?
We purchase from Korean retailers, receive items in Korea and prepare international delivery. Your order details show each recorded stage. Transit times and shipping charges depend on the destination, retailer and parcel. A guaranteed arrival date or a fixed shipping quotation is not currently provided.
When can I cancel?
You can cancel all eligible items or selected quantities from your order details before we begin placing their orders with the Korean retailer. Cancellation closes for items being purchased or already purchased. Other items may remain eligible. Contact support if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or otherwise has a problem.
How are refunds calculated?
Cancellation refunds use the currency and amount originally paid. Current exchange rates do not change that amount. Your order shows whether a refund is pending, completed or needs attention. Your payment provider or bank may take additional time to display it.
What if an item is unavailable?
We check the selected option before checkout, but a stock check does not reserve it. If we cannot secure an ordered item, we will contact you through your order inquiry. Do not assume a replacement or a different option will be purchased without your agreement.
Can I exchange a size or return an item?
Check the product measurements and ask us before purchasing if you are uncertain. A change-of-mind cancellation is not available through the site once retailer purchasing starts. For a return, exchange, incorrect item or damage, open an order inquiry with details and photos. Eligibility and next steps depend on the situation; this guide does not limit rights that apply to you.
Who handles import duties and taxes?
Import charges are not included in the displayed item price. Requirements depend on the destination and shipment. Check your destination’s requirements and contact us before ordering if you need clarification. No duty-paid shipping service is currently promised.
How should I choose my size?
Use the original retailer measurements where available. Labels such as M or L can differ between brands. English summaries distinguish confirmed specifications from information that is not available. Ask about the product if material, measurements or care instructions are missing.
Do I need an account?
You can browse and use a cart without signing in. Sign-in is required for checkout, saved items and private inquiries, so that orders and conversations remain linked to your account.
Can I reuse a delivery address?
Checkout offers addresses from your recent orders when available. Select one, check the country, address and phone number, then review it before continuing. Format checks do not confirm that an address exists or that a phone number is reachable.
How do payments work?
PayPal handles payment details. Card payment without a PayPal login appears only when PayPal makes it available. If confirmation is delayed, use Check payment status on the existing order before trying another payment. Never send card details in an inquiry.
