You find your Korean favorites. We buy them locally, receive and check them in Korea, then send them your way.

Follow each recorded update in My orders. Here is what happens along the way.
Choose your options, sign in and enter your delivery country and address. Review the available shipping estimate and pay the item total shown at checkout.
We confirm your items and place the order with the Korean retailer. Once purchasing starts for an item, its change-of-mind cancellation window closes.
Your items travel to our Korean warehouse. We receive, inspect and pack your order, then measure the parcel to calculate international shipping.
We email you a payment request, also available in My account. Review the shipping breakdown and pay separately. We never automatically charge this second payment.
After shipping payment, we prepare dispatch and add international tracking to your order. Follow its progress in My orders.
NO GUESSING ABOUT WHEN YOU PAY
Pay the item total shown at checkout. International shipping is separate.
Pay the final transport cost plus dispatch service, shown together in your shipping quote.
Displayed product prices cover the selected item option. Domestic shipping, service fees and import charges are not included in the product price. Review the checkout and shipping breakdowns; ask us before ordering if a cost is unclear.
WHY SHIPPING COMES LATER
Clothing, packaging and destination all affect the cost. The final amount can only be confirmed after we receive and pack your items.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Cancel all eligible items or selected quantities from your order details. Once we start buying an item from the Korean retailer, it is no longer eligible for a change-of-mind cancellation—even if the final shipping quote is higher than expected.
Destination duties, taxes or customs-related charges may apply separately. They are not included in the item price or our international shipping quote.
See payment requests, shipping progress and tracking in My account. For a problem, use the inquiry link on your order so we can see which purchase needs help.
GOOD QUESTIONS
PayPal handles payment details. Guest card payment is available only when PayPal offers it for your checkout. Do not send card details in an inquiry.
A stock check does not reserve an item at the Korean retailer. If we cannot secure your selection, we will contact you about your order. We will not choose a replacement without your agreement.
Timing depends on the Korean retailer, warehouse processing, your shipping payment, international transit and customs. We do not promise a fixed arrival date. Check the recorded progress in My orders.
Open the request and contact us through your order inquiry for a new quote. An expired quote cannot be paid, and we do not automatically charge a higher amount.
Eligible cancellation refunds use your original paid currency and amount, not today's exchange rate. Your order shows refund progress. For incorrect or damaged items, contact us with details and photos. This guide does not limit rights that apply to you.
